Terms and Conditions

1.) Stock availability

Stock is subject to availability, in most instances this will be identified on the website. Not all items and offers available in store will be available online. Due to the nature of business we cannot guarantee you the availability of all items. We’ll contact you if the product is sold out and offer you the alternative, issue a credit note or a refund – no questions asked.

2.) Payments

PlayShoes Pty Ltd accept the following methods of payment :

Pay Pal
Paypal offers a secure payment method for Mastercard, Visa or Direct Deposit options.
After you select the style and size you’ll be taken to our checkout area at the Paypal website. This payment process is immediate.

Direct Deposit
We understand that some customers may like to pay for their purchase directly from their own bank.
Should you prefer this method, send us an e-mail with your selection and you will be provided with our bank account details.
Your funds transfer may take a few days to appear in our account. If you would like to speed up your order just email us a bank receipt. We will ship your purchase as soon we receive the receipt or funds appear and email you to confirm this.

Phone Credit Card Payments
Should you wish to complete your order over the phone we can process payments by Visa, Mastercard or Amex this way.

Cheques
Cheques are required to be cleared prior to dispatching your order. Please contact us to make the necessary arrangements.

Money orders

3) Shipping

Standard fee of $10.00 will be charged at Paypall checkout for items shipped within Australia. For every order over $200.00 free delivery will apply.
NOTE! There will be no postage charges during "postage free" promotion. If you would like to order outside Australia ( Europe, Asia, North America ) flat postage of $20.00 will be charged - please contact us to make the necessary arrangements.

4.) Returns / Exchange

If the goods received are not up to your expectation and you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receipt to organise exchange, credit note or refund. For damaged goods please contact us immediately.

We will pay for the return freight if the return is an error on behalf of PlayShoes Pty Ltd. Othervise, the customer will be responsible for all the costs involved in returning the goods. Please include written documentation stating the reason for return.

Returned items must be in brand new condition and packed with care for postage. We are not taking any responsibilities for loss or damages occurred during the return and encourage to return via Registreted Post.

Refunds will be made to your nominated bank or paypal account once you provide your relevant details.
